Parent and Child Aquatics
Infants and Toddlers (18 months - age 3) - up to 5 parent and child pairs per instructor
30 minute lessons start at $50 per swimmer
The objective of this course is to teach infants and toddlers how to safely explore and become comfortable in the water while accompanied by an adult. Both parent and child will learn how to develop early swimming skills and what to do in the case of an aquatic emergency.
Learn to Swim
Beginners (ages 3 - adult) - up to 3 swimmers per instructor

For beginning swimmers from age 3 through adulthood. This course is designed to teach individuals how to move through the water effectively and efficiently for the full enjoyment of safe and fun aquatic experiences.
Skill Development
Intermediate (ages 5 - adult) - up to 3 swimmers per instructor
30 minute lessons start at $50 per swimmer
60 minute lessons start at $80 per swimmer
Once you've learned to swim - become both comfortable with the front crawl and familiar with the backstroke, the next step is to focus on skill development. With this course, swimmers get closer to mastering their front crawl and advancing their backstroke, and they learn the breaststroke and butterfly.
Prerequisites:
Swim front crawl for one length of pool without interruption using rotary breathing
Swim backstroke for one length of pool without interruption or any submersion of the face
Tread water for 45 seconds
Technique Improvement
Advanced - up to 3 swimmers per instructor
30 minute lessons start at $50 per swimmer
60 minute lessons start at $80 per swimmer
This course provides a focus upon the details that make the difference between swimming with good technique and swimming with effective technique.
